I bought this 3 pack and it was delivered April 14. The first filter replacement is already useless. The water tasted fine until yesterday but now it’s bad and it hasn’t even been a month. I am gonna try one more before I go back to buying the expensive ones at the department store.

I was disappointed that these were off brand. The ad made it sound like it was from LG it’s a generic filter that fits my fridge. Didn’t bother returning. Found the correct LG filters.

Just look at my attached picture. This made the water worse. Scared to even drink it.Also, yeah , I know how to install it properly.Shut the supply off, drain the water, install filter, cycle through 2.5 gallons.THIS FILTER IS TRASH AND I WILL DEMAND A REFUND!

I am the type of person can taste water. The original LG filter for the refrigerator was not good. That was why I started to try other brand. The price of this one is good, but I won’t buy it again because I still can taste some chemical in the water.

The product does not do what it says it’s going to do it does not filter the water at all it makes my water taste like iron I will give this product 0 Stars if possible

The photo was misleading. It appears that you are ordering a 3pack but you only receive one. The box it was shipped in showed 3 filters. Very misleading
