Superior Taste & Reliability

The PureSpring LG LT700P features a high-grade coconut carbon filter that is ideal for reducing chlorine taste & odor while working flawlessly to trap sediments such as dirt, sand, and rust. This dynamic water filter also eliminates troublesome turbidity (cloudiness, haziness) from your refrigerator’s water system. Maintain the crisp, pure taste you love with this PureSpring refrigerator filter.

  • RELIABILITY- PureSpring LG LT700P filters are built to deliver quality filtered water for up to six months.
  • SUPERIOR TASTE- Our filters feature a finely ground coconut husk carbon filter, which creates more surface area for filtration, meaning better-tasting water.

Activated Charcoal Filter

Our filters feature a finely ground carbon filter, which creates more surface area for filtration, meaning better-tasting water. Microscopic pores in the activated charcoal filter allow water and minerals to pass through while trapping chlorine and other contaminants.

Easy to Install

No tools are required, and simple instructions are provided.

Q: How do I know if this water filter is compatible with my refrigerator?

A: This PureSpring filter has been tested to ensure it is a compatible replacement for the all of the models that you can find under the “Compatibility List”.

Q: Do I need to replace the filter every six months?

A: Yes, you must replace the filter every six months or sooner. Filter’s life depends entirely on your local water quality and frequency of use. Failing to replace the filter will cause a reduced water flow or sediment present in water. Over-used filters will degrade the filtration performance and might cause water leakage.

Q: Do I need to flush the filter after installation?

A: The new filter should be flushed for at least 2 minutes to condition it and discard the first two batches of ice before using. The water filter is made from coconut shell activated carbon block, harmless charcoal residuals and fines can be found in the new filter. The flush process will remove carbon fines out of the system.

Q: Why is the “Change Filter” indicator light still on after the new filter installed?

A: The majority of the refrigerators need a manual reset. Please press and hold the indicator light/filter for 3 seconds to reset the system. Please refer to your user manual.

    Not made in the USA

I bought these because the description led me to believe that they were made in Mississippi. When I opened them they are clearly marked “made in China”.

    Water flavor

My water doesn’t taste good, mostly like a pool, and I’ve tried everything to get it to taste right. No idea how people drink from this.

    Water not tasty anymore

This product fit well in our LG refrigerator–no leaks and it snapped right in. Unfortunately, there is a big difference in taste between the manufacturer’s filter and this one. We are not terribly fussy about our water, but we have both noticed the water doesn’t taste as good. We got the 3 pack, but won’t be using the rest. It was worth a try, but we are back to the more expensive LG brand.

Lacking NSF 53 or 58 certification

Water was weird color for first 2g as we flushed it. I haven’t seen that before. Also please note there are other filters for sale on amazon that have NSF 53 or 58 certifications. I’d go with those.
